 According to Syrian media reports, the northern coastal city of Banias Syria 10 shooting in which a security forces officer dead and 31 injured.

 Independent "Syria News " Web site the same day quoted Banias National Hospital who said a lieutenant colonel in the security forces died in the shooting, while 31 security personnel were injured.
